Ceramic Package Delivers Low Thermal Resistance

The VLMK62, VLMY62, and VLMW62 LEDs offer low thermal resistance values of 40K/W or 60K/W with high optical power outputs from 2800mcd to 9000mcd.

With a service life of up to 50,000 hours, Vishay’s VLMx62 LEDs suit various thermally-sensitive solid-state lighting applications. The series includes yellow, amber and white power LEDs in a CLCC-6 flat ceramic package with a profile height of only 0.9mm.

All devices in the series offer a 60° half-intensity angle and are compatible with IR-reflow solder processes, in accordance with CECC 00802 and J-STD-020C. The LEDs are automotive qualified to AEC-Q101 and preconditioned according to JEDEC Level 4a standards.
