Compact and Reliable Drivers for 35V Applications

The BD8105 and BD8115 are serial-to-parallel LED drivers with 35V output-voltage ratings.

Requiring only a few external components, the compact BD8105/15 are optimal for small board spaces in backlighting, handheld and general lighting applications.

The BD8105 consists of 12 open-drain outputs and the BD8115 has 8 open-drain outputs. They have the capability of cascading at least two devices in series and devices have thermal shut-down circuitry built in to prevent overheating.
