Compact Rectifiers Feature Advanced Thermal Efficiency

The PowerBridge™ series of rectifiers offers enhanced current density with current ratings from 10A to 25A and maximum peak reverse-voltage ratings of 600V to 1000V.

Compared to larger-size bridge rectifiers on the market, the thermal construction of the PowerBridge devices allows heat to dissipate more efficiently. The PowerBridge rectifiers are therefore able to provide the same power ratings as larger devices, without requiring large heat sinks.

The package, lead pitch and pin layouts of PowerBridge rectifiers are compatible with conventional GBU packages. This saves time by allowing the same PCB layout to be used for a range of bridge rectifier voltage and current ratings.
